What will you do in this position?
This is not just data entry - this is a role where you will be an important part of the transport insurance process:
- You will work with the sales team's projects and ensure their smooth entry into the system
- You will ensure that transport contracts are quickly and accurately entered into the systems
- You will coordinate the preparation and entry of transport contracts into the systems
- You will check that all information is complete and of high quality
- You will ensure the speed and quality of processes in daily activities
- You will ensure that all necessary information is collected, accurate and timely
- You will contribute to sales results through effective administration
What do we expect from you?
- Diligence and responsibility
- Want to learn and delve into the risks of transport insurance
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Good MS Excel skills - ability to work with larger amounts of data, check and systematize them.
- Communicative skills
