Nature of work
- You will organize and coordinate the activities of the transport department, ensure uninterrupted operation of vehicles, organization of drivers' work and smooth execution of daily processes;
- You will manage the activities of subordinate employees, set priorities, allocate responsibilities and strengthen cooperation;
- You will ensure the implementation of the Company's processes, internal procedures, work organization principles and plans, analyze results and initiate efficiency and quality improvement measures;
- You will plan and effectively manage human, transport and other resources, cooperate with other departments of the Company;
- You will make decisions in non-standard situations, coordinate the management of incidents, operational disruptions and other risks and ensure business continuity;
- You will ensure compliance with labor law, occupational safety and health, fire safety, internal procedures and other legal requirements in the transport fleet;
- You will evaluate the performance of subordinate employees, develop managers and specialists, provide feedback, strengthen competencies and ensure smooth adaptation of new employees;
- You will participate in investigating incidents, accidents and violations of labor discipline, and ensure timely communication to drivers about changes in activities.
We hope you have:
- Higher university education in the field of transport, logistics or management sciences (master's degree);
- Strategy formation and management knowledge and practical skills;
- At least 10 years of work experience in the field of transport, including at least 3 years of managerial work experience;
- Category B driving license; Category D and (or) T driving licenses are an advantage;
- Experience in organizing personnel monitoring and management processes;
- Knowledge of Russian and (or) English at least at the beginner level;
- Ability to work with the Microsoft Office package.
