JOB CHARACTERISTICS

  • Formation and implementation of the company's transport strategy, ensuring its compatibility with overall business goals.
  • Ensuring effective fleet management, optimizing costs, resource utilization and operational efficiency.
  • Fuel policy management: ensuring control, analyzing costs and implementing efficiency-increasing solutions.
  • Ensuring efficiency, quality and cost control of internal and external service processes.
  • Management of suppliers and partners, including selection, negotiations, contract execution supervision.
  • Organization of transport service and driver teams, ensuring efficiency and work standards and developing team competencies.
  • Organization and coordination of the employee selection process (drivers, service, management).
  • Direct accountability for the company's transport performance: analysis of performance indicators, development and implementation of efficiency improvement initiatives.

WHAT IS NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL (-A)

  • Higher education.
  • At least 3-5 years of work experience in the fields of transport, logistics or fleet management.
  • At least 3 years of team management experience.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Responsibility, initiative and result orientation.
