Customers and sales

Organize the daily work of road hauliers; Plan routes, cargo and orders; Ensure that transport is used as efficiently as possible; Resolve emerging problems promptly.

Organize and control the work of drivers; Create schedules and distribute tasks; Ensure discipline, quality work and responsibility; Form and strengthen the team.
Company growth
Increase transportation volumes; Find ways to increase transport profitability; Contribute to the attraction of new cars / road hauliers; Analyze performance results and initiate changes.

Experience in the field of transport or logistics; Good organizational and managerial skills; Ability to communicate and negotiate with customers; Ability to lead people; Responsibility and independence; Entrepreneurial attitude and desire not only to complete tasks, but also to create results; Ability to quickly make decisions in non-standard situations; Knowledge of foreign languages is a great advantage.
