Key Responsibilities
- Data administration, entry and processing in FVL (vehicle logistics) information systems;
- Claims administration – communication with customers, suppliers and claims administration company, registration of claims and related data in the information system;
- Assistance to FVL dispatchers and colleagues in daily activities;
- Checking, controlling and entering drivers' expenses into the transport management system;
- Reconciling data in the local TMS system with data provided by customers;
- Issuing sales invoices to customers and entering received invoices into accounting and transport management systems;
- Assistance in performing monthly closing procedures and providing necessary information for accounting;
What We're Looking For
- Previous work experience in the field of freight transportation, transport or logistics;
- Good knowledge of transport document administration and applicable transport regulations;
- Experience working with SAP and Infotrans (transport management system) would be an advantage;
- Fluent in Lithuanian, both spoken and written;
- Knowledge of English would be an advantage;
- Good computer skills (MS Office programs, especially Excel);
- Responsible attitude to work, independence and ability to organize one's activities;
- Customer orientation and high quality of work performed;
- Diligence and attention to detail;
- Ability to work in a team and cooperate smoothly with colleagues and customers
