UAB Interlogistika is looking for an experienced Team Leader who would be responsible for forming a new team, developing a network of subcontractor carriers, and ensuring the team's results and profitability in the LT–EU–LT and Western European markets.
Nature of work
- Searching and attracting new subcontractors
- Creating and developing long-term relationships with carriers
- Developing and maintaining a carrier database
- Negotiating terms of cooperation
- Coordinating a team of transport managers
- Ensuring team results and profitability
- Developing a carrier network in the LT–EU–LT and Western European markets.
- Analysis of the transport market and searching for new business opportunities
Employee requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of transport and logistics
- Experience working with the search and attraction of carriers
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Good knowledge of English
- Leadership experience would be an advantage
- Result-oriented
