Nature of work
Organization of full (FTL) and (or) partial (LTL) cargo transportation in the Baltic States.
Route planning, coordination of orders and transport movement.
Daily communication with customers and carriers, prompt resolution of emerging problems.
Active search for new customers and carriers and maintenance of long-term relationships.

Employee requirements
Work experience in organizing FTL and (or) LTL transportation in Lithuania and (or) the Baltic States is an advantage. If you do not have experience yet, but want to learn and work in the field of transport, we will train you.
The ability to independently make decisions, plan work and react to changes in the situation.
The ability to work with transport exchanges and other transport management systems is an advantage.
Responsibility, punctuality and the ability to communicate clearly.
Willingness to actively seek opportunities and achieve results.
Knowledge of Russian and English is a great advantage.
