Nature of work
Organization of full (FTL) and (or) partial (LTL) cargo transportation in the Baltic States.
Route planning, coordination and control of orders, transport and cargo movement.
Daily communication with customers and carriers, prompt problem solving in real time.
Active search for new customers and carriers, creation and maintenance of long-term cooperative relationships.

Employee requirements
Mandatory work experience in the field of transport / logistics / expedition working with full (FTL) and (or) partial (LTL) transportation.
Practical experience in organizing transportation in Lithuania and (or) the Baltic States.
Ability to make independent decisions and work in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge of Russian and English is a great advantage.
Computer literacy (working with transport exchanges, CRM and other internal systems).
Responsibility, punctuality, communication skills and result orientation.
Practical experience in organizing transportation in Lithuania and (or) the Baltic States.
