What will need to be done
We are looking for an experienced and responsible specialist to join our team and take responsibility for the technical operation of the transport fleet, the organization of drivers' work and the smooth operation of the fleet. (Fleet ~ 30 motor transporters)
It is important for us that the fleet operates stably, safely and without unnecessary downtime. We are looking for someone who is able to independently plan, control and solve daily issues.

- Plan and supervise vehicle maintenance, repair schedules, technical inspections and mandatory documents (insurance, tachographs, etc.).
- Monitor the technical condition of the fleet, promptly respond to breakdowns and organize repairs so that the transport returns to work as soon as possible.
- Create driver work schedules, ensure compliance with the work and rest regime.
- Introduce new drivers - briefing, document verification and initial training.
- Organize periodic driver training (safety, tachographs, company rules).
- Monitor compliance with traffic safety requirements and company transport usage rules.
- Analyze fuel, repair and downtime data, look for real ways to improve them.
- Maintain transport accounting documents and prepare cost and fleet status reports.
- Communicate with service stations, insurance companies and suppliers - negotiate terms and conditions.
- Resolve daily operational issues and respond quickly to emerging situations.
What do we expect from the candidate
- Experience in the field of transport, logistics or fleet management (preferably working with trucks or a fleet of similar size).
- Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and operation processes.
- Knowledge of road traffic regulations, drivers' work and rest regimes and tachograph requirements.
- Ability to organize drivers' work, plan and solve problems.
- Ability to work with data (fuel, repairs, downtime) and provide specific proposals.
- Good computer skills, especially MS Excel (experience with GPS / transport management systems is an advantage).
- Responsibility, independence, good communication skills.
- Category B and C driving license.
Advantage: experience in managing a fleet of 20-40 vehicles, working with GPS systems, successful optimization of fuel or repair costs.
