Nature of work

What will your work day look like?

Identify, analyze and improve the work processes of driver managers and their tools.
Automate transport activity processes.
Prepare reports, documentation and provide insights.
Collaborate with other departments and consult colleagues.
Offer solutions to improve operational efficiency and initiate changes.
Contribute to the development and implementation of new projects.

What we expect from you:

Good Russian and English language skills.
At least higher education in the field of transport - an advantage.
Similar work experience - an advantage.
Knowledge of data processing, analysis methodologies and principles.
Good computer skills, knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel.
Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment, result orientation, diligence and communication skills, resistance to stress and tension, analytical thinking, good presentation and time management skills.
