Nature of work
- organization and coordination of vehicle repairs abroad;
- mediation between foreign authorized services and customers;
- implementation and administration of warranties according to manufacturer requirements;
- preparation and administration of required documentation.
Employee requirements
- work experience in organizing vehicle repairs abroad for at least 3 years;
- excellent knowledge of English (verbal and written) for communication with the DAF factory in the Netherlands;
- knowledge of Russian (verbal and written) for communication with customers would be considered an advantage;
- excellent knowledge of MS Excel and computer literacy;
- higher technical education, knowledge of machinery and truck structure;
- quick orientation, ability to promptly solve emerging problems and smoothly organize work.
