- Manage the transport and logistics department.
- Organize and coordinate the activities of our own oversized transport fleet.
- Ensure smooth organization of expedition work.
- Plan team work, delegate tasks and control their implementation.
- Ensure efficient use of transport, profitability and high quality of customer service.
- Analyze performance indicators (KPI), identify problems and implement process improvement solutions.
- Cooperate with customers and contribute to the development of long-term partnerships.
Requirements for the candidate
- Experience in the field of transport, logistics or expedition.
- Experience in team management.
- Ability to organize team work, make decisions and take responsibility.
- Orientation to results, profitable activities and process improvement.
- Analytical thinking, good planning and organizational skills.
- Willingness to contribute to the growth of the transport and logistics department, process improvement and team strengthening.
- Advantage - work experience in organizing international and/or oversized cargo transportation.
