Nature of work
- Organization and management of international and local transportation
- Coordination of terms with transportation companies, prompt resolution of emerging problems, ensuring timely loading and delivery of vehicles to the recipient
- Administration of transport and customs documents, work with customs brokers
- Administration of damaged cargo and document discrepancies upon arrival
- Close cooperation with supply chain, warehouse, accounting, commerce and boutique teams
We look forward to hearing from you
- At least 4 years of formal work experience in the field of transport and logistics
- Good working skills with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Incoterms terminology, organization of freight transportation and accounting
- Strong communication, negotiation, organizational skills
- Category B driver's license
- Opportunity to work full-time in an office in Vilnius (Dariaus ir Girėno st.) (WE DO NOT HAVE A HYBRID WORK MODEL)
