Transport and Technical Maintenance Coordinator

We are looking for a responsible, technically strong and organized Transport and Equipment Maintenance Coordinator who will ensure the smooth organization of the vehicle and equipment maintenance processes of the company's Telšiai branch, coordinate repair work and, if necessary, actively contribute to their performance. These are duties for a person who not only plans and organizes work, but also does not shy away from practical work.

Organize and coordinate vehicle and equipment maintenance and repair work;
Create maintenance and repair plans and ensure their timely implementation;
If necessary, independently perform vehicle and equipment repair and maintenance work, diagnose faults and eliminate more complex technical faults together with mechanics;
Cooperate with logistics managers, drivers, mechanics, technical manager, external services and suppliers;
Organize the purchase of spare parts, consumables and service services, control delivery terms and conduct negotiations with suppliers;
Prepare repair estimates, check invoices and control the costs of repair work;
Ensure that vehicles and equipment are technically sound, safe to operate and minimize their downtime and control the quality of repairs performed.

Have practical experience in the repair and maintenance of heavy vehicles or special equipment;
You are familiar with the principles of operation of heavy vehicles and equipment, are able to diagnose faults and make decisions regarding their elimination;
Have work experience in the field of repair coordination, spare parts supply or warehouse management;
Are able to plan work, work independently and make decisions in a dynamic environment;
Are responsible, proactive, result-oriented and have good communication and negotiation skills;
Have category B and C driving licenses (mandatory).
