We are looking for someone who understands transport from a practical perspective and wants to use their experience to create better ways of working.
We will create the standard together. Your observations, practical insights, photos and footage will become part of it. And later you will check how it works in real work.

What are you going to do?
- You will evaluate, inspect and initiate changes to transport processes;
- You will contribute to the development and improvement of transport standards;
- You will inspect the work of drivers and vehicles;
- If you notice a deviation from the standard, you will make adjustments and train drivers on how to do it correctly;
- You will record the results of inspections, provide forms, photos, videos and other feedback;
- You will introduce the standards to new drivers as needed;
- You will check how the standards work in practice.
What do we expect?
- You understand the driver's work and transport processes;
- You are energetic, curious and not afraid to communicate;
- You have your own opinion and want to share it;
- You notice a problem and want to understand why it arose;
- You know how to use a phone, take photos, videos and quickly understand new apps;
- If you want to understand the process in principle, sometimes you have to see it from the very beginning - our drivers' working day starts at 5:00 a.m.
Workplace:
Office Marijampolės st. 27, Pagiriai, Kaunas district.
Business trips to Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Panevėžys and other cities where our transport processes take place.
