We are looking for a responsible and motivated team member to join our transport coordination team. This is a great opportunity to start a career in logistics and gain practical experience working with international freight transport in Europe.
What are you going to do?
- You will enter and administer transport orders in internal systems;
- You will monitor transport movements and update information on the status of shipments;
- You will communicate with customers, partners and drivers by phone and e-mail;
- You will help coordinate daily transport processes;
- You will prepare and manage documentation related to transport;
- You will contribute to the smooth execution of transport operations.
What do we expect?
- Good computer skills;
- Diligence and responsibility;
- Good communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently and in a team;
- Knowledge of English (written and spoken).
It would be an advantage to:
- Logistics, transport or business studies;
- Work or internship experience in administration, customer service or logistics;
- Knowledge of German.
