What are you going to do:
We are looking for someone who is able to see the whole situation at once, maintain contact with drivers, the client and the systems, and in case of an unexpected situation - remain calm and find a solution.
- Coordinate and monitor the cargo delivery process from departure to final delivery;
- Continuously communicate with drivers, provide information and help resolve emerging situations;
- Monitor transport movement and promptly respond to deviations from the plan;
- Administer and update information in internal systems;
- Ensure that all cargo-related information is properly marked;
- Communicate with the client and inform about the situation when problems arise;
- Resolve various unexpected situations - from delays to changed delivery circumstances;
- Work with the team to ensure the transport process runs smoothly.
What to expect:
- Good English – it is necessary for everyday work and communication;
- Russian would be a great advantage;
- Experience in logistics, transport coordination, dispatcher, forwarding or similar positions;
- Ability to quickly navigate information and make decisions;
- Cool mind and resilience in stressful situations – in this job, not everything goes according to plan;
- Responsibility and diligence in information administration;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously;
- Good computer skills and willingness to work with systems.
