- Continuous communication with drivers and customers;
- Administration of transport documents and information;
- Prompt resolution of problems during trips;
- Control of cargo delivery and transport processes.
Employee requirements
- . Experience in the field of transport / logistics is a must;
- Good organizational and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and make decisions;
- Responsibility, diligence and resilience in stressful situations;
- Good computer skills;
- Knowledge of English and Russian is a must;
- Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
