WHAT DO YOU DO EVERY DAY?
Your job is to ensure that our trucks move purposefully, smoothly and efficiently. You will be one of the most important elements in the chain, ensuring prompt and safe transport organization:
- Plan, control and coordinate drivers' routes in Europe;
- Ensure timely loading and unloading;
- Communicate with drivers, help solve daily operational issues;
- Collect and enter data into systems, maintain documentation;
- Monitor transport movements, resolve unforeseen situations in real time;
- Directly contribute to the efficient operation of the fleet and the quality of customer service.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
A person who:
- Has experience in transport planning, dispatching or logistics coordination (1+ years – an advantage);
- Is able to work quickly, accurately and keep a cool head even when moving a lot;
- Is able to communicate in Lithuanian, English and Russian;
- Understands the specifics of logistics and the reality of drivers' work;
- Has good communication, planning and problem-solving skills;
- Values order, clarity and responsibility.
