Monthly salary: €1,625.00 - €2 435.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary offered is based on work experience and competencies.

Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily train operations and ensure that trips are carried out according to plan
- Deal with unforeseen situations, coordinate actions and seek the best solutions when circumstances change
- Plan and manage train and crew resources, strive to ensure smooth passenger service
- Cooperate with technical, operational and customer service teams
- Make operational decisions in real time and contribute to the efficient organization of transport services
- Work on a rotating schedule, including night shifts (paid at a higher rate)
What do we expect?
- Secondary or higher education (preferably in the field of transport/operations/management)
- Experience in logistics and transport flow management (experience in the field of rail transport would be an advantage)
- Ability to work independently, make decisions and solve problems promptly
- Excellent MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint) program skills
- Stress management skills when working in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills, initiative and ability to work in a team
- Fluent Lithuanian, English and (or) Polish language skills
