Your main responsibilities:
- Lead the transport coordination team and help it achieve good results;
- Train new team members and ensure their smooth integration into the team;
- Monitor, analyze and improve the group's KPI indicators;
- Cooperate with other departments of the company, ensuring a smooth operational process.
We hope you:
- You have at least 2 years of management experience (would be an advantage);
- You have worked in the field of transport, logistics;
- You have experience in training and developing employees;
- You are able to work with KPI indicators, analyze data and make decisions;
- You are able to motivate the team to achieve common goals;
- You are fluent in English and Russian.
