Transportation Operations Assistant

We are looking for a responsible and organized Transport Operations Assistant to join our team and ensure smooth organization of the work of third-party drivers and administration of all related documents. We also expect technical knowledge of the tractor - this position also includes monitoring the technical parameters of the vehicles, data control and cooperation with technicians to ensure the technical condition of the transport fleet.

Main responsibilities:

Organize the arrival of third-party drivers for their terms of office: travel planning, accommodation.

Assist in starting the administration of the recruitment process.

Coordinate the assignment of drivers to vehicles and ensure that documents are in order before departure.

Cooperate with services, embassies, employment agencies and partners.

Administer mission data, prepare internal reports.

Coordinate driver changes according to established term schedules and check the technical protocols they fill out.

Experience in transport/logistics administration or working with third-party drivers is an advantage.

Knowledge of visas, work permits and other documents.

Ability to work with large amounts of information.

Technical understanding and skills of the tractor.

Good organizational and communication skills.

Knowledge of English, Russian (written and spoken). Other languages (Italian, German) a great advantage

Responsibility, punctuality, ability to independently solve problems, cooperation in a human environment.

Monitor technical data of tractors (GPS, telematics indicators, fault codes), record deviations and transmit information to the technical department.
