Transport Operations Specialist (remote work at night, no experience required - we train)

Main purpose of the position

Becoming a Transport Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the daily pulse of logistics! In this position, you will manage an important logistics chain – you will take care of documents and their collection, monitor temperature-sensitive cargo, their deviations and ensure the safety of expensive cargo and its delivery. You will work in an international team, communicate with colleagues from different countries and learn how one of the largest transport systems in Europe works. This position is a unique, opportunity-opening start in logistics – here you will see and understand the entire logistics process from A to Z, maybe even find your calling in this field. Your responsibilities

• Maintain business relationships with the company's existing clients and ensure smooth customer service.
• Be the main contact for the client in handling inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely entry of orders into the systems, organizing and supervising the delivery of cargo.
• Communicate with drivers during the trip and provide them with the necessary assistance.
• Work with colleagues to solve problems and ensure timely delivery of cargo.
• Ensure that information is updated accurately and in a timely manner for colleagues working during the day.

• Ability to work night shifts.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Russian (at least B2 level).
• Strong communication, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.

• Monthly salary: from €1,930 to €2,900 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account the candidate's work experience, existing competencies and their compliance with the requirements of the position, and may vary depending on the number of night hours worked.
