MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organization, planning and ensuring efficiency of the activities of the transport coordination department
- Supervision and optimization of truck route planning and cargo movement processes
- Analysis of performance indicators, setting goals and ensuring their implementation
- Cooperation with drivers, customers and other company departments
- Improvement of transport coordination processes and implementation of new solutions
