YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure effective control of road tolls and fuel costs (analysis, monitoring, pricing monitoring).
- Administer orders and issuance of road devices and fuel cards;
- Prepare mobile phones and computer workstations;
- Manage orders, limits and invoices for mobile communication services for drivers;
- Organize the selection and ordering of ferry, tunnel and bridge tickets for commercial transport.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- At least 2 years of work experience in an international transport company;
- Knowledge of fuel pricing and European road charging systems;
- Lithuanian and English (English is required for reading and understanding documents);
- Experience working with transport/order management systems;
- Basics of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word);
- Communication skills;
- Ability and willingness to accept innovations and improve.
