NATURE OF WORK:
Fuel card administration (AS24, Eurowag, UTA, Shell, Circle K, etc.).
Toll equipment administration (Toll Collect, Telepass, EETS, e-TOLL, GO-Maut, BroBizz, etc.).
Communication and vehicle tracking equipment administration (GPS, telematics equipment, SIM cards, tachograph data reading devices, etc.).
Ordering, activating, changing and blocking new fuel cards, road devices, GPS devices and communication devices.
Providing vehicles with all necessary equipment before departure on trips.
Control of fuel filling, toll and telematics system usage.
Invoice verification, data analysis and cost control.
Fault registration and coordination of problem resolution with service providers. Communication with drivers, dispatchers and service providers across Europe.
Vehicle and driver data administration in internal systems.
Vehicle equipment accounting and inventory.

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in administration, transport or logistics.
Good computer skills.
Attention to detail, diligence and responsibility.
Ability to work with large amounts of information.
Ability to check invoices, analyze data and notice discrepancies.
Organization and ability to independently plan work.
Quick reaction to problems and ability to solve them.
Smooth communication with drivers, colleagues and suppliers.
Knowledge of English.
Knowledge of transport, fuel cards, road tolls or GPS systems would be an advantage.
