BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Organization, management and control of the work of the transport unit;
Organization of maintenance and repairs of transport equipment;
Organization of teamwork, motivation, development, delegation of tasks;
Submission of monthly and annual reports on the performance of the unit, assessment of the efficiency of the unit's processes, submission of proposals.
Analysis of the unit's operating costs;
Planning of resources for production needs.

WE HOPE YOU:
You have a higher technological/engineering education;
You have at least 3 years of managerial experience in a transport or manufacturing company;
You have experience in implementing tools for improving processes and quality systems;
You have excellent team management, motivation, task delegation and control skills;
You have good computer skills;
You are able to communicate in English and Russian (an advantage);
You are organized, specific, and result-oriented.
