The logistics department team of UAB "Agrokoncerno" is looking for an proactive and results-oriented transport department manager to strengthen the team.
What you will be responsible for:
- For the maintenance of the transport unit (trucks) and the organization of daily activities;
- For the planning of transport repairs and maintenance;
- For communication with services, suppliers and partners;
- For the management of documentation (invoices, repair acts, contracts, etc.);
- For the control of transport costs and invoices;
- For the tracking of deadlines (TA, bans, permits, etc.);
- For the supervision of transport operation and service processes;
- For the prompt resolution of problems (breakdowns, delays, etc.);
- For ensuring order and discipline in the unit.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of truck maintenance;
- Category B driver's license;
- Ability to work with a computer (Excel, e-mail, etc.);
- Ability to plan and organize work;
- Responsibility, independence.
