Nature of work
- Organize and control the maintenance and repairs of the company's transport fleet;
- Ensure that all vehicles are technically in good condition, insured, with a valid technical inspection;
- Track vehicle operating costs, analyze fuel consumption and provide suggestions for optimization;
- Manage and complete transport documentation (technical passports, insurance, contracts, invoices, journals);
- Cooperate with suppliers, services, insurance companies;
- Control the movement of vehicles;
- Prepare reports to management on the condition and costs of the transport fleet.
- Communicate by phone with drivers about the technical condition of trucks and trailers.
- Determine whether the vehicle requires repair and respond accordingly.
- Administer documents related to vehicles and resolve problems that arise
- Organization of cargo transportation, cargo search (full forwarding);
Employee requirements
- Experience in the field of transport or logistics;
- Understanding of land transport activities, the specifics of the work of tractors and trucks and the principles of fleet management;
- Ability to make quick decisions and solve operational problems;
- Strong communication and ability to coordinate the work of drivers;
- You have experience in planning and maintaining repairs of the company's truck (car transporters and tractors) fleet;
- You work with IT systems when planning and creating routes for service and technical inspection services;
- You perform analysis of the technical condition and quality of the truck fleet;
- You register fleet failures;
- Willingness to take responsibility, determination to find optimal solutions and implement them;
- Strategic thinking, results orientation, ability to work in a dynamic environment;
- Ability to act independently, organization, flexibility;
- Experience working with transport exchanges.
