Your responsibilities:
Coordinate the maintenance and repair processes of tractors and semi-trailers.
Consult drivers in cases of technical failures, help assess the situation and make decisions on further actions.
Organize vehicle repairs by selecting the most suitable service partners.
Maintain contact with service centers, spare parts suppliers and other technical partners.
Monitor the technical condition of vehicles and plan preventive maintenance.
Control the progress, deadlines, quality and cost-effectiveness of repair work.
Administer warranty repairs and maintenance documentation.
Analyze the causes of failures and provide suggestions for improving the efficiency and reliability of the transport fleet.

You have experience working with heavy transport maintenance, fleet administration or transport repair.
You are well-versed in the technical structure of tractors and semi-trailers and the basic principles of their operation.
You are able to quickly analyze technical situations and make informed decisions.
You are organized, responsible and able to coordinate several processes at the same time.
You know how to communicate with drivers, services and suppliers, looking for the best solution.
You are flexible and understand that in the transport business, sometimes an operational response is required outside of normal working hours.
You are able to work with a computer and administer technical information.
You speak English and Russian.
