Fleet Management Specialist

Organize and coordinate maintenance and repair work on tractors;
Ensure that vehicles are prepared for scheduled trips and meet all safety and technical requirements;
Cooperate with service centers and suppliers, order necessary parts and services;
Manage maintenance documentation, ensure that all work is completed on time and according to plan;
Communicate with drivers, inform them about technical problems and the progress of their resolution.

Experience in the transport sector or service management is an advantage;
Technical education (automotive/mechanics, logistics or similar);
Ability to work in a team and make decisions independently;
Excellent organizational and communication skills;
Good problem-solving and analytical skills;
Computer literacy, experience working with company management systems is an advantage;
Knowledge of Russian or English.
