Nature of work
Our transport operates daily in Western Europe. As the fleet grows, we are strengthening routes that allow us not only to serve customer needs, but also to effectively plan the return of transport to Lithuania for technical inspection and service.
Therefore, we are looking for someone who would view the LT-DE-GB direction not only as a search for cargo, but as a business direction that can be consistently grown.
Your main tasks:

Your main tasks:
- active search for new customers and building long-term relationships;
- search for cargo for export from Lithuania to Germany and Great Britain and for import to Lithuania;
- preparation of transportation offers, price coordination and negotiations with customers;
- coordination of existing customer needs and development of cooperation;
- development of the LT-DE-GB direction and search for new business opportunities;
- work with intermodal transportation: on the Kaunas-Duisburg railway route and the Klaipėda-Kiel ferry line;
- close cooperation with transport managers in planning efficient transport movement and the return of equipment to Lithuania.
Employee requirements
- experience in the field of transport, logistics or B2B sales;
- ability to independently search for customers, establish contact and conduct negotiations;
- commercial thinking and result orientation;
- ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers;
- knowledge of English necessary for communication with foreign customers;
- experience working with the German or British market will be considered a great advantage;
- knowledge of intermodal transportation is also an advantage.
