WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Plan the work of our trucks in Western Europe.
- Search for and select the most suitable loads and routes.
- Evaluate their profitability and make decisions that help increase the trucking margin.
- Communicate with customers, understand their needs and look for solutions that create value for the customer and strengthen long-term cooperation.
- Resolve daily transport planning situations and challenges.
- Analyze your results and look for ways to improve them.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- At least 1 year of experience in the transport sector.
- Knowledge of English. Knowledge of German or French is an advantage.
- Ability to plan transport and make decisions.
- Ability to assess not only the cost of the cargo, but also its profitability and impact on the overall result.
- Analytical thinking and independence.
- Willingness to learn, ask questions and improve.
