Your main tasks will be:
- Lead the transport planning team, ensuring effective organization of daily activities, task distribution and achievement of results;
- Ensure optimal vehicle occupancy, route planning and efficient use of transport resources;
- Analyze performance indicators, identify process improvement opportunities and initiate changes that increase operational efficiency;
- Control the quality of the freight transportation process, adherence to deadlines and prompt problem solving;
- Ensure compliance with planning processes, procedures and work methods and their improvement;
- Prepare activity reports, provide insights and suggestions to management on improving operational efficiency.
Your strengths:
- You have at least 2-3 years of management experience in the field of transport, logistics or supply chain;
- You are well versed in road transport planning and freight transportation processes;
- You have strong analytical skills and are able to make data-based decisions;
- You are able to effectively manage a team, delegate tasks and ensure their implementation;
- You have good English and/or Russian language skills;
- You have excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
