Nature of work:
You will be responsible for:
- Vehicle damage administration.
- Direct communication with clients in the event of damage, consulting partners and colleagues on transport damage issues.
- Assessment of damage to vehicles, calculation and coordination of estimates.
- Participation in the development and improvement of damage adjustment processes.
- Testing and piloting new IT systems and tools for transport damage adjustment.
Employee requirements:
What we expect from you:
- Higher or higher education (advantage - in the field of transport engineering). May be a final year student.
- Have English language skills.
- Excellent customer communication skills.
- Ability to plan time, set priorities, solve emerging problems and manage conflict situations.
- Responsibility and analytical thinking.
- Ability to critically evaluate incoming information, moral strength.
- Excellent computer skills.
