Nature of work
EIVORA is an international transport company that manages a fleet of about 250 vehicles. We are looking for a team member who would coordinate the maintenance and repairs of up to 150 vehicles in Lithuania and abroad.
Your tasks:
Coordinate the maintenance and repairs of vehicles in Lithuania and abroad.
Communicate with drivers, services and partners, promptly resolve emerging situations.
Search for services, coordinate repair prices and terms, coordinating decisions with the manager.
Monitor the progress of repairs, organize scheduled maintenance and technical assistance on the road.
Due to the specifics of transport activities, urgent situations also occur after working hours. They are coordinated remotely, sharing responsibility with colleagues.

Employee requirements
Good organizational skills, responsibility and quick reaction.
Independence, initiative and ability to solve problems.
Ability to communicate clearly and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of English, sufficient for daily communication by phone and e-mail. Knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
Skills in working with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and other daily office programs.
Experience in the field of transport, logistics or technology is an advantage, but not a necessity. The most important thing is organization, responsibility and willingness to learn.
Independence, initiative and ability to solve problems.
