We are currently recruiting for: Transport Maintenance Specialist to join our team.
Junkis, if you are interested in activities focused on customer service, problem solving and service process management. Attention! The responsibilities of this position do not include physical contact with cars.
We will trust you:
Cooperation with services and partners regarding repair deadlines and progress;
Ensuring timely repair and return of cars to service;
Managing customer calls and emails;
Solving customer problems related to rental cars;
Coordination of car registration in services, technical maintenance, and bodywork;
Administration of information in company systems;
Monitoring the condition of the fleet and identifying problems.

We hope you:
Have excellent communication skills both on the phone and in writing (English is an advantage);
Able to solve problems and make decisions;
You are organized and able to manage several tasks at once;
You are familiar with working with MS Excel, Word;
Have a category B driver's license (an advantage);
Experience in customer service, administration or logistics would be an advantage.
