As the team grows, we are looking for a Transport Service Manager who would take responsibility for managing the technical maintenance of the entire fleet and improving the efficiency of the team's activities.

WE HOPE YOU WILL BE INTERESTED IN:
- Work with a large (800+) transport fleet and manage its technical maintenance: ensure the technical condition of vehicles, minimal downtime and efficient operation, control transport maintenance costs and plan resources
- Organize and control service activities: coordinate repairs, technical inspections and maintenance in Lithuania and abroad, promptly manage failures, emergencies and downtime
- Coordinate team work, set goals, ensure results
- Communicate and cooperate with customers and internal company departments
- Analyze service activities, create and optimize processes, constantly increase their efficiency
- Contribute to the development of the company's activities in foreign countries

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED:
- 3–5 years of managerial experience
- Strong team management and process organization skills
- Experience working with KPIs and operational efficiency
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Initiative, responsibility and a host attitude
- Ability to occasionally go on short business trips in Europe
- English - mandatory, knowledge of Russian or other foreign languages - a great advantage
