Primary responsibilities
🔴 Management of the transport department, which includes transport management, technical and administrative teams;
🔴 Control of the activities, technical maintenance and effective use of the own transport fleet;
🔴 Management of the department's budget, costs, performance indicators and profitability;
🔴 Analysis, optimization of transport processes and increasing operational efficiency;
🔴 Implementation of strategic goals and development of the transport department's activities;
🔴 Team formation, development, motivation and ensuring high performance results.

We hope you:
👉 Have at least 3-5 years of managerial experience in the transport or logistics sector;
👉 Have managed a team and are able to effectively organize people's work;
👉 Have strong analytical skills and experience in managing performance indicators and costs;
👉 Are able to make decisions, take responsibility and work in a result-oriented manner;
👉 Have excellent communication and negotiation skills;
👉 Are able to identify process improvement opportunities and implement them in practice;
👉 Good knowledge of English and Russian (written and spoken) is essential;
👉 Are interested in transport market trends and strive for continuous improvement.
👉 Have managed a team and are able to effectively organize people's work;
