What your working day will look like:
- Coordinate the work of couriers.
- Scan undelivered/returned shipments.
- Prepare shipments for delivery.
- Monitor indicators, check data.
- Resolve customer inquiries.
- Work schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Mon-Fri
You will need these qualities to be successful in this job:
- Work experience in the parcel delivery or logistics sectors (advantage).
- Customer orientation.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Responsibility, initiative, flexibility.
- Ability to manage conflict situations.
- Good computer skills (MS Office programs).
- Very good knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
