Manager of transport equipment

Main purpose of the position

Becoming a transport equipment manager, you will work in an international team and will have the opportunity to understand and see from the inside how the repair processes of one of the largest truck fleets in Europe are organized! Together with the team, you will be responsible for the technical condition of the ≈ 6 thousand. truck fleet - you will organize scheduled repairs, consult drivers, cooperate with services throughout Europe. Your responsibilities

• Communicate with drivers by phone about the technical condition of trucks and trailers.
• Determine whether the vehicle needs repair and respond accordingly.
• Register and manage repair cases in the system.
• Coordinate repair cases by phone and e-mail throughout Europe.
• Consult drivers on the proper use of the vehicle.
• Check the warranty status of the vehicle and decide on suitable repair locations.
• Implement vehicle fleet maintenance plans (follow maintenance plan, cooperate with transport managers, organize visits to repair sites).
• Administer vehicle-related documents and resolve issues.

Our expectations

• Fluency in English and Russian (at least B1 level).
• Knowledge of the technical structure of cars/trucks and general technical understanding.
• Good communication, problem-solving and "multitasking" skills.
• Ability to quickly analyze and systematize information.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
• Advantage: previous experience in transport, vehicle servicing or related fields (e.g. mechanics, service management, vehicle parts sales).
