About the job position:
We are looking for a Transport Equipment Manager who would take care of the technical condition of our tractors and semi-trailers, organize their maintenance and repair and help ensure that the transport is technically in order and spends as much time on the road as possible.
Your main responsibilities:
Maintenance and control of the technical condition of tractors and semi-trailers;
Planning and organization of periodic technical maintenance;
Organization of repair work;
Communication and negotiations with service centers, suppliers and other partners;
Prompt resolution of technical failures of vehicles during the journey;
Communication with drivers on technical issues, assessment of failures and decision-making;
Control of repair work, deadlines and their quality;
Control of repair, maintenance and spare parts costs;
Administration of invoices, repair history and other data related to transport maintenance;
Control of the validity of technical inspections, insurance and other transport documents;
Analysis of the technical condition of the transport fleet and provision of proposals on how to reduce the number of breakdowns and operating costs.

What do we expect from you?
Experience in the field of transport, machinery, car repair or similar;
Good understanding of the technical structure and operation of heavy transport;
Ability to assess a technical problem and make a decision independently;
Ability to plan work and manage several tasks simultaneously;
Responsibility, independence and initiative;
Good communication and negotiation skills;
Knowledge of English and/or Russian, necessary for communicating with drivers and services in Europe.
