Manager of transport equipment

Main purpose of the position

Becoming a transport equipment manager, you will work in an international team and will have the opportunity to understand and see from the inside how the repair processes of the largest truck fleet in Europe are organized. Together with the team, you will be responsible for the technical condition of the ≈ 6 thousand. truck fleet - you will organize urgent repairs, consult drivers, cooperate with services throughout Europe. Your responsibilities

• Advise drivers in case of a breakdown of transport equipment.
• Advise drivers on the proper use of the vehicle.
• Determine whether the vehicle needs repair and respond accordingly.
• Register and manage repair cases in the system.
• Coordinate the repair process throughout Europe by phone and e-mail.
• Ensure that the driver reaches the repair point safely.

Our expectations

• Fluency in English and Russian (at least B1 level).
• Knowledge of the technical structure of cars/trucks and general technical understanding.
• Good communication, problem-solving and "multitasking" skills.
• Ability to quickly analyze and systematize information.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
• Advantage: previous experience in transport, vehicle servicing or related fields (e.g. mechanics, service management, vehicle parts sales).

• Monthly salary: from €2,420 to €2,900 (excluding taxes). The specific salary offered is based on the candidate's work experience, competencies and their compliance with the requirements of the position, and may vary depending on the work schedule.
