Nature of work
- Daily communication with drivers regarding the technical condition of trucks and trailers.
- Ensuring the release of drivers for the trip according to established procedures.
- Identification of faults and organization of repairs, in cooperation with services in Lithuania and abroad.
- Registration and administration of repair cases in the internal system.
- Planning of fleet maintenance: schedules, deadlines, coordination with - transport managers.
Employee requirements
- Experience in the field of transport, mechanics or technical maintenance is a must.
- Understanding of tractor and semi-trailer faults.
- CE category is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate clearly with drivers and service partners.
- Computer literacy, ability to work with internal systems.
- Lithuanian language is a must; English and Russian languages are an advantage.
