WHAT DO YOU DO EVERY DAY?
Your responsibility is to ensure the smooth operation of the transport department, make decisions and coordinate processes so that the entire team operates efficiently and purposefully:
- You will organize and supervise the daily activities of the transport department; • You will coordinate the work of transport managers and coordinators; • You will control the efficiency of transport routes and transport costs; • You will ensure high-quality cooperation with customers, partners and drivers; • You will analyze performance results, provide suggestions for improving processes; • You will resolve operational issues and manage non-standard situations; • You will monitor compliance with work quality standards; • You will contribute to the development, motivation and growth of the team.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
A person who:
- Has experience in the field of transport, logistics or expedition; • Is able to lead a team and make decisions in a dynamic environment; • Excellent at planning work, priorities and maintaining control even during intensive periods; • Is able to communicate effectively in Lithuanian and English (Russian is an advantage); • Understands the specifics of the transport market and process management; • Has strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills; • Values responsibility, clarity and teamwork.
