By joining 4 RATAI Logistics®, you will be one of the main people responsible for the results of our transport operation. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the daily activities and team of the Transport Department;
• Organizing the work of Transport Managers and Coordinators and controlling the results;
• Fleet occupancy, efficient use of vehicles and reducing downtime;
• Controlling the efficiency of routes, trips and empty kilometers;
• Analyzing and optimizing transport costs, fuel consumption and other performance indicators;
• Organizing the work of drivers, rotations and their effective planning;
• Transport KPI analysis and implementing specific action plans;
• Managing operational problems, delays, breakdowns and non-standard situations;
• Improving, automating and increasing efficiency of internal processes;
• Developing, motivating the team and growing its results.

The most important thing is that you will not only supervise these processes. You will have the opportunity to change them. You see something that isn't working - change it. You see unnecessary costs - reduce them. You see an opportunity to increase fleet efficiency - turn it into a result. You have a better idea - we want to hear it.

For you, transportation is not just the movement of a truck from point A to point B. You understand that there is an economy behind every kilometer and you know the difference between a moving truck and a profitable truck.

You have experience in the field of transport, logistics or international transportation, you are able to lead people, analyze numbers and make decisions. You know how to set priorities, maintain control in an intense environment and in a complex situation you look for a solution, not blame.

If you say "I will take care of it", people know that it will be taken care of.

You communicate professionally in Lithuanian and English. Knowledge of Russian is a big advantage.

SALARY

1,800–2,500 € / month in hand + motivational part for the achieved results.
