We are looking for a Transport Manager who would contribute to the daily logistics activities, work with drivers and help organize truck transport.
We are looking for a Transport Manager who would contribute to the daily logistics activities, work with drivers and help organize truck transport.
Nature of work:
- Control of the movement of own transport and ensuring smooth transportation;
- Planning of drivers' work: distribution of tasks, control of work and rest regime, prompt response to situations on the road;
- Creation and optimization of routes taking into account the nature of the cargo and the needs of the client;
- Effective communication with drivers and informing them about tasks and changes;
- Administration of documents related to cargo transportation;
- Solving problems in real time and assuming responsibility for the smooth process of transport work.
Employee requirements:
- Work experience in a transport company. Working with road hauliers is an advantage;
- Good knowledge of Russian (oral and written) is required;
- Initiative, responsibility, goal-oriented, ability to work individually and in a team.
