- Completion, organization, control and management of partial loads in the Polish market.
- Search for new carriers and customers and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Operational problem solving.
- Price negotiations and confirmation of transport orders.
- Search for cargo on freight exchanges.
- Constant monitoring of transport sector trends and active interest in the Polish market.
Requirements for the candidate:
- At least 1 year of successful work experience with partial loads.
- Good knowledge of English (verbal and written).
- Good negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Quick orientation and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Motivation to achieve set goals and constantly improve.
