Control of transport movement and daily coordination of drivers' work;
Planning optimal routes and managing cargo flows;
Constant communication with drivers and customers regarding cargo status;
Prompt resolution of emerging problems (breakdowns, delays, route changes);
Working with transport management programs and managing primary documentation.

Employee requirements
Excellent communication skills and ability to make quick decisions;
Sense of responsibility, stress resistance and ability to work in a dynamic environment;
Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian, English and Russian (both oral and written) is required;
Computer literacy (MS Office);
Similar work experience would be an advantage, but we are ready to train a motivated beginner.
