About the position:
We are looking for a motivated transport manager to join our team and be responsible for organizing partial load transportation in the German region. If you like a dynamic nature of work, quick decision-making and communication with customers and partners - this position is just for you!

- Organization, coordination and control of partial (LTL) cargo transportation
- Operative solution to everyday situations and unexpected challenges
- Effective communication and building long-term relationships with customers and carriers
- Supervision of transport processes, quality assurance and meeting deadlines
- Monitoring market trends and making suggestions for process improvement
What do we expect from you:
- At least 1 year of experience working with partial loads (LTL)
- Ability to quickly navigate situations, think analytically and make decisions
- Responsibility, diligence, organization and flexibility
- Good knowledge of English (German is a big advantage)
- Experience working with the German market is an advantage
- Motivation to achieve results and constantly improve
